Do you have a wooden floor? We never mill into the wood itself — that would damage the structure. Instead, we fit Fermacell or Knauf boards on top of the wooden boards and neatly mill the pipes into those. That way your wooden floor gets fully-fledged underfloor heating too.
Our milling machineWe work with a professional FloorIQ milling machine with direct dust extraction.
Wooden structure stays intact — We never mill into the wooden boards themselves — the structural floor remains completely untouched.
Lightweight dry system — Fermacell and Knauf boards are light, making them ideal for upper floors and wooden structures.
Limited build-up height — The boards are thin, so you only lose a few centimetres of height.
No drying time — A completely dry build-up: after fitting and milling, the finishing floor can go on straight away.
Good to know
We assess beforehand whether the wooden floor is flat and sturdy enough for the boards. Where needed we level or reinforce it first. In dry-construction boards we work with 14 mm pipe as standard, matched to the board thickness.
From bare wooden boards to a mill-ready base: the boards go in neatly and then we mill the pipes into them — low-dust and without touching the wooden structure.
